Mark Saturday, September 11th on your calendar for the Friends Bike Ride for NF. You are invited to join Miguel and Andres Lessing and their friends to ride your bicycle on Cape Cod to raise funds and create awareness of NF.
This is a great outing! And, to make it fun for all levels of riders, there are two routes:
1) Cape Cod from end to end – Woods Hole to Provincetown (approx. 85 miles). Over roads and trail, with flat and low hill areas. Great varied views. Start at 9AM
2) The Cape Cod Rail Trail – South Dennis to Wellfleet (approx. 28 miles). Almost flat, with no car traffic to worry about. Later start (exact time TBD).
