Steps 2 Cure NF is a 3 mile walk and/or run around beautiful Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield, MA.
The Chairperson of this popular event is Lori Ryan who, along with her dedicated committee, has planned a fun-filled outing at this scenic location. This is a wonderful opportunity for NF patients, families and friends to come out to support NF and create awareness.

* There will be a magician, DJ, face painting, runner awards, raffle and lots of fun!
* Plus, there is a beautiful playground for the youngsters.
There will also be a Kids Dash! For children ages 5 through 10. Prizes awarded in each age category.
Registration opens at 12:45pm and the events begin at 2.
Register online before Friday, October 14th and save $5.

Directions to Lake Quannapowitt;
Drive Route 128/95 to Exit 39, North Avenue, toward Wakefield and Melrose. North Avenue lies at the foot of the exit ramp; go east on it (that’s roughly in the direction of downtown Boston). Following the lake, which will be on your left, travel one mile to Church Street. Take a left on Church Street and look for the park and bandstand on the left.
